It's about 36 hours until those of us who preordered and preloaded Half-Life 2: Episode One will be able to play. Half-Life 2 was one of the few games I've ever picked up and refused to put down until I finished, and Episode One (despite the title's connotations) looks to pick up right where Half-Life 2 left off - both in terms of quality and plot. Those unsatisfied with the original game's ending might be happy to learn it wasn't the ending at all. Apparently, Valve is planning two more of these expansions, hence "Episode One." Though I preferred the original title, Aftermath, this should still be a rockin' good time.
Assuming, of course, Steam works properly. I'll get you yet, Steeeaam!
